best subway i have been to! i come here at least once a week during the evening and have the best service with them.
This location is the busiest in Columbus and does almost twice the amount of business as others in the area. They are constantly... having staffing issues, so it seems like everyone is new and training. If you are patient with the workers you will get a GREATsandwich. The experience that my husband and myself had was terrible. Get rushed to order, then the guy that took our order wasn't... listening wrote down what ever he wanted to write down then when told that's not right gets an attitude. Rolling their eyes atus and didn't even put enough meat on the sandwich. Just a bad experience all around. Have to give a star rating, but theydon't deserve any stars at all. Read more

Waiting in the drive thru behind 3 cars for 10 minutes?the 3 cars in front of us get served; then, we get up to the intercom and... they say drive thru closed. I go in and let the worker know they really need to put a sign up because there?s multiple peoplestill waiting in line behind us. The staff didn?t seem care and did nothing. 3 out of 4 sandwiches were incorrect; no cheese, burnt, spinach on the wrong sandwich, wrong bread, you name it!! Called the... manager- she offered to remake if I drove another 45-50 round trip to return them. I already sat in their line over 30 min. Pictures wasnt good enough for her (store manager).
