I went in the store to avoid the drive thru. My order was very simple, a pumpkin cold brew and for some reason they lost my... ticket. I noticed people who ordered after me got their drinks before me. None of the employees noticed and as I asked where mydrink went, the batista was polite but made my drink wrong! She gave me a plain cold brew coffee. I was so annoyed that I willnot go back to Starbucks for a long long time! Read more

Absolutely atrocious service. There was a long line in the drive thru so we went inside to order. There were five employees and... a manager standing around discussing their car insurance. We were completely ignored and nobody was working on drive thru (whichexplains why the line wasn't moving at all.) A woman was behind the counter going through her purse but not wearing a uniform sonot really sure what her role was. We ended up just leaving since they were far more interested in their conversation thanacknowledging or helping any of their customers. Read more

Missing a few exhibits and the bees/yellow jackets where overwhelming. Other than the risk of being stung, place was clean and... the animals looked well taken care of. Read more
Would give it negative stars if I could. This is the worst I have seen so far in the Starbucks chain. My second visit in two... weeks , was disappointed both the times. 1. The wait times are extremely high. 2. Terribly unhygienic location, flies all aroundinside, flies also inside the food display case! (Got pictures and videos) 3. After witnessing #1 & #2, if you are still patientenough to collect your drink, it tastes absolutely rubbish - just some water with high sugar dose in it! Read more
Keep traffic out of the roads. The roads and hi way are not your parking lots. Coffee tastes burnt. McDonald's is better
