The food here is always great....THE PROBLEM is the employee who is ALWAYS rude! I'm pretty sure he is the manager at this... location. You can see him make the disgusted face as soon as you pull into the lot and he knows your coming in. And as youapproach him to give your order he looks very annoyed and in a annoyed tone he always says is this order to go...like does notwant you to sit and enjoy your food fresh...he wants you to leave as soon as possible. And if you say it's for here he rollshis eyes and takes the order.....this is not a one time occurrence this has been every experience with him in at least the pastyear. At one visit he was so rude upon walking in we asked him did he really want to take our order and his response was " wellI can't tell you to leave".....but we did right across the street to chili's. This man is so rude and has zero customer serviceskills. He needs to be in the back washing dishes not the greeting face or manager of this establishment. I have previouslyalways been greeted with friendliness and smiles from every single other employee at this location. They always thank you forcoming in and tell you to have a good day as you leave. Not this guy he gives you the death stare as you leave. Forinconveniencing him by eating at this establishment. Penn station do yourself a favor and replace him. We have watched this maninteract with every single customer that comes in while we are there with the same attitude and rudeness. If it's wasn't for thefood being good we would never step foot in there and I'm sure others feel that way. Read more
