Just get rid of the curbside pickup the only way your mobile order will get attention is if you go through the drive thru. I... don't know how many times I've sat at curbside for 15 minutes just for the app to tell me I've received my order when I haven'tso then I have to wait in line which is what I use the app to avoid. The McDonald's fast food is getting worse I don't know if they don't have enough workers but the the meat is always cold and dry... it doesn't even warm your bun up after it's set wrapped up for a while the fries are getting older it seems like every time Iorder them and I always order without salt and it tastes like they take salted fries and drop them back in the grease whichmakes them horrible. The workers don't say Hi how are you today I have a nice day they just slide open up the window take yourmoney and slam it shut, when you get up to get your food they just handed out as fast as they can and slam the window. Horrible service at the drive thru. Guy working the window 05/25/2022 at 11:42am. The guy was thinking he new me and was asking... me if I was working??? Strange then tells me I needed to pull up and wait for my double hamburger. After waiting for 15 minutesI had to go into the store and request my food. After showing I had paid for it I got my food. Let me start out by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. Order food from this location for the family and after driving all... the way home wife takes a bite of this NASTY burger. This burger wasn't even cooked.......I called to talked to the manager andthe only thing he wanted to do was remake all the food or refund for just the burger. I was NOT about to have anymore food madefrom this place. I just hope wife does not get food poisoning from this. This is the most disgusting thing I've seen at anyrestaurant. Read more
Normally this place isn't to bad. But I usually take home the French fries and put them in the air fryer for 5 minutes and... they're delicious! But almost always soggy. So today they all were really gross soggy and way under done! They also don't fillthe fry cup up very much, which I don't understand because French fries are so cheap to make! I also got a fish sandwich for thefirst time. It by itself wasn't to bad. All I asked for was no cheese. And for some reason they sent 2 4 piece chicken Nuggetboxes full of tarter sauce?! The worst part is it got all over everything and basically ruined the whole meal. Like I saidusually good but for the past few visits it has been under cooked and just doesn't taste good. ? Went to restaurant at lunch. 2:45pm. Did not give me a receipt and did not give me all my food. I paid nearly $10 for 2... cheeseburgers. I am disputing my charge on my card. A 15-18 stated he was the manager and Kept saying he needed a receipt andstated he needed a receipt to give me food I paid for and refused to look my transaction up. I want him fired. Horriblecustomer service. This mcdonalds is just stealing money. Never going back. Read more
