We've had good service, the food is decent, but the pricing is ridiculous. It's pasta after all, not incredibly expensive to... buy in bulk. And they want $4 for a nickel's worth of tea or soda? It's unfortunate, with good service and comfortableatmosphere, that we'll have to seriously reconsider this restaurant's place in the rotation. $70+tip for what feel's like $40or less in food just leads to buyer's remorse, and this isn't inflation related, we would've been better off monetarily at acertain local steakhouse ordering the most expensive steaks on their menu. Food came out at all different times, and when some of it finally did, one of the dishes was cold, so it had to be sent back. We... sat near the kitchen and when the cold dish was taken back to the cooks they told the server to "stir it up, its warm on thebottom" even though the meat in the dish was ice cold! 2 other people in our group ordered the lasgana, and it was the last tocome out. It gets to our table, and it doesn't even look like Lasgna. It's sloppily put on the plate and flat. So basically, those 2 people didn't even get to eat because all of us were finished by the time they got the Lasgana. Thankfully our serverand the manager were very nice! They took some things off our bill and the server was very attentive even though they were shortstaffed! Food quality was just bad! Read more

They have good deals in the bar area and half price family meals on Monday. Sadly the food is lacking and the building is in... desperate need of repair. The nachos are good from the appetizer menu. The pecan crusted chicken salad is good when theyactually remember to include all of the ingredients. The bowtie festival is the only pasta choice I?ve found to be halfwaydecent. At one point they had a steak special which led me to try that (which I normally would have never done at an Italianplace) and when they actually remembered the seasoned butter, that went on top, it was surprisingly delicious. I have triedalmost everything on the menu and this is all I have found that I like. It?s kinda surprising considering I?m not that picky andthey have a large menu. Oh and the tiramisu is delicious. I found the quality of most dishes comparable to Fazoli?s. However, the price reflects a high end restaurant, which it is far from. Read more

Called ahead and placed an order, they said: it's going to be ready in 10-15 mins. Arrived 20 mins later they have no order by... my name. Ordered again. People arrived and were turned away because of some flooding in the restaurant yet people wouldcontinually show up and wait to be told they cannot serve them. To top it off the food is way overpriced for the quality. Iguess they think a nice looking interior is justification for over priced spaghetti. I'll avoid this place in the future. Read more

Our Waitress was very friendly and paid attention to our drinks and everything that she needed to, but she didn?t bother us too... much. She was very patient with me also when I was having hard time deciding what I wanted. it was a very lovely experience andthe food was great. Everything was just perfect. Read more

We went to this place for the first time this week. We went for a special occasion. It didn't look very busy for a Monday eve.... The host greeted us and asked if we would like to sit in the bar. Sure it's usually quiet and kid free. I noticed anadvertisement for a fav Cleveland brewery on the wall. I thought great they must have a nice craft beer selection. Our waitressKari was nice. We ordered beverages, me the fab Cleveland craft beer. My Mr water. We were the only occupied table in the bar.The main dining area was full of an older crowd. Sitting right there at the bartender and server were openly talking about oldpeople. The bartender said he didn't know how to pour a draft beer. But he knew how to open a bottle. He added only old peopledrink beer. Hello, im right here dribking a beer. His experience is in serving cocktails at an American Legion. The serverjumped on board and added his opinion about shady pines? Or something like that. Odd I looked it up what is shady pines. That'sa golden girls reference. He turned around to us and said no offense. What the actual ..?? meanwhile during all of this thereis a 5 or 6 yr old little girl running through the bar and restaurant area unsupervised. Clearly an employee didn't have ababysitter. The salad was floating in dressing that's the photo, the family meal special is a good deal on Mondays. Ourwaitress was a sweet gal, but really this place is not on our radar. It was lackluster and some of the staff were rude. Wetipped our waitress graciously because she was the only shining light. I feel disrespected by the chef for actually serving me this when I ordered "fettuccine alfredo with Italian sausage." Was this... some kind of joke? Aside from the disgusting microwaved sausage plopped whole on the noodles like a bowel movement, the noodlesand sauce were utterly tasteless. My husband's dish of chicken scallopini was more akin to a soup and required a fork, knife, and spoon to attempt to eat it. I should've listened to the countless other bad reviews of this place and stayed away. Can'twait to get a reply from "management" asking to talk to me about making it right! Only way to make this right is to refund my$45 and erase my memory! Read more
