My husband and I were looking forward to it opening but very disappointed! His swiss and mushroom hamburger was dry and... tasteless and he asked and paid for extra mushrooms and there were hardly any, the mac and cheese was nasty, and the shakes arenothing special!! Our family got chicken tenders and did not know the coating was spicy because it does not say that and theywere to hot for them. Also, really overpriced. Our meal was $40.00 and not worth that amount!!! We thought it would be goodbecause it a sister company to Texas Roadhouse and we love it but it wasn't and we will not be back!!! Read more
I have been here twice now. I think the food is great. I?m not a huge fan of the Jagger?s sauce but I can?t dock them for my own... tastes. The staff, though new, has been very friendly both times. I experienced one small mess up on an order but it was quicklyand pleasantly resolved. The only complaint I have, which really is the fault of the building design, is the seating. There isnot as many seats as one would expect. The space is very nice and the patio is great but I think they could have gone with lesspatio and more inside seating since outside cannot be utilized all year. Also, I would LOVE to see more high chairs or boosterseats. Our 1 year old had to sit on our laps. Over all, great. We will return. Read more
Great burger place! I had a bacon cheeseburger and the quality was apparent. The bun, beef and toppings were noticeably a cut... above any standard fast food chain. The dining room was stylish and clean. The menus were bright and uncluttered. The staffwas friendly and energetic. It?s obvious this is a well run business that puts people over profits. It you want a sit downrestaurant quality burger at fast food prices, Jaggers is your place in Columbus. Read more
My mushroom & Swiss was great and my husband's Bacon Cheeseburger he really liked.Both of us was impressed that the sandwiches... were hot! But fries was almost cold. Great and important at serving hot sandwiches. Read more
First time eating there and the food was fresh, hot and amazing. The burgers are delicious and juicy. The fries are really good... and they were crispy not soggy. We will definitely go back, good job on getting it right all the way around. Read more
For just opening I have to give some serious credit! My food was absolutely amazing! Best fries ever. The coke was so crispy... too. Just like a McDonald?s coke! I even added a sauce to one of my sandwiches and it was on it. Blew my mind how they did sucha nice job this soon! Keep it up guys! Read more
Yum! I got the green chili burger and it was delicious. It had a yummy garlic mayo and just the right amount of spice. My man... had the California grilled chicken and liked it. We both got sweet tea and it was just the right amount of sweet. The fries wereok. Kinda like Steak N? Shake meets Rally?s. The mac and cheese was delish. Customer service was on point. Very friendly and helpful staff (most are young, so treat them nicely too!) we dined in on a Friday (and a holiday) so it was... pretty packed but food is great as always! I highly recommend the chicken salads ???????? Read more
