Would loved to have eaten there to even try the food but they had the door locked. There was no sign anywhere saying that the... dining room was closed, in fact they had a sign saying the main door was broken and to use the patio door. The patio door waslocked and after knocking several times, the manager finally looked over and saw us and went back to working. They were clearlyworking on drive thru orders but after that we didn?t even want to give them any money. I understand if the dining room isclosed, but have a sign and don?t ignore us. The restaurant had been opened for 2 hours, it clearly wasn?t that they forgot tounlock it? especially after getting snubbed by the manager. Read more

Awesome food . I loved my spinach salad and hubby (who is VERY picky about steaks)loved his Ribeye. Server was great. Hostess... was terrible but I wouldn't mark off for that. Hopefully she was a last minute fill in. ???????She looked grubby/messy didn'tsmile once and hardly said a word. Read more

Food was good, but the restaurant and restroom was filthy. I guess I could understand it if it had been near closing time,... however this was just after they opened. The restaurant floor and tables were dirty, there were little or no condiments, and itjust smelled dirty! The restroom was much like an out house, it smelled so bad I didn?t really want to breath the air! Dividerswe?re pulled away from the wall, and we?ll, it was just disgusting. Oh my what a cool experience , my nephew used to live in Columbus and he loves Freddy?s so at his request we all wanted to check... it out. The burgers were awesome, and the fresh fries . That was a great burger n the staff were all either working or cleaning.It reminded me of McDonald?s years ago when I started. If there?s time to lean ?.. there?s time to clean was our motto!!! First time visiting this chain. Restaurant was very dirty, no clean tables. Steakburgers could use some seasoning, very bland.... No sugar and caffeine free drink option other than water. Curds were yummy. Service was fine, friendly staff. Maybe just notenough help. Will try again. Read more

I visit Freddy's for the first time back in March of 2022, and I loved it. The staff was friendly, the food was fresh (and... good), and the ice cream was even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as I find myself there frequently, sincemy first time, purchasing shakes, ice cream and fries. Note: the only reason I didn't give this review 5 stars is because theperson at the cash register wasn't as nice as the other staff, but I do understand they may have had a long day. Read more
