Just gross. I got two chocolate covered to go. When I opened the bag all the chocolate was in the bottom of the bag. ... The chocolate was so watered down didn't stay on the donuts. Threw it away 2 minutes after buying it. Couldn't eat it. Soggy water mess. Read more
What a joke.... If this place is representative, the Dunkin Donuts name has gone down hill.... Two chocolate donuts, were the... chocolate was runny and somehow made it all over the outside the bag. Which is from how they were just haphazardly thrown inthe bag.. Got a side of hash browns. 5 little burned chips in a bag... Definitely don't recommend this location. Read more
We're passing through the area and wanted something better than the local hotel breakfast and we definitely got it! We got a... number of sandwiches, 50 munchkin donut pack, and some coffees. The order was made quickly and accurately and was verytasty. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before going because it seems almost all the fast food places in this area haveterrible reviews with less than a 4 or 3 star rating. It's interesting that everyone who mentions stale donuts doesn't mentionWHEN they got their donuts. I've had stale donuts from other dunkin's but that's because I went late in the day. If you wantsuper fresh, you have to go with the breakfast rush. The only knock I have with this location is the pickup window is way tooclose to the corner and my truck can't turn on a dime, so I had to back up to pull closer to the window. Read more
Family wanted some doughnuts to take to the cabin we rented. Selection was pretty narrow, donuts were already hard like day old,... and they shorted my dozen by 1. Price is a bit much for the quality. I regularly pay more at our local bakery, but they arefresh and worth the price. Sadly, these were not. Staff was very friendly though. Can't blame them since I'm sure the productsare mostly made off site. I'll stick to real bakeries for anything other than coffee. Read more
Seriously??? They JUST opened and the food quality is already soooo poor. No glaze or sprinkles or really much frosting on a... strawberry frosted glazed sprinkle doughnut?? And the smallest amount of jelly in a doughnut I?ve ever seen. Honestly I couldhave gotten better food from a gas station at a fraction of the price. I don?t eat out except to treat myself but this wasdefinitely the worst place around Columbus to eat I?ve ever encountered. Read more
Went through the drive thru here, and the service was fast and kind. But once we received our food, every single order was wrong... in some way. Our 3 breakfast sandwiches all had cold toppings, and the bagel w/ cream cheese was the wrong bagel. I love Dunkin,but won't be coming back to this one. Read more
