We were seated right away in the bar area. Our waitress was friendly and courteous to us. We ordered food and it came out to... fast. You just know they didn't have time to cook the food fresh in the short amount of time it took to come out. I knew bylooking at the food it was straight out of the microwave. My friends both got the chicken quesadilla and I ordered the CrispyChicken sandwich. They said their quesadilla was just average. My chicken was cold and rubbery. I don't think I'd ever go hereagain. Short-handed during early afternoon, but NO demerits for that. Staff was friendly and the bartender was my server. It was good... that she pointed out that my Bacon Rancher burger was going to be huge but I still went for it. Many others might not want a 1lb burger with loads of toppings. Worked a 15 hour day, craving some wings, pulll into Chili's walked inside at 8:00 P.M and they wouldn't let me sit at the bar. ... To hell with Chili's, I'll never go back! Off to Buffalo Wild Wings. Read more
Chilli?s Grill & Bar does have a lot to offer for vegetarians. I choose the lunch combo that comes with loaded baked potato... soup (which I absolutely loved) and the ranch veggie quesadillas served with fries. The service was great! Read more

Let me start off by saying our service was Amazing! Our waiter was Manny, and he was on top of everything. We had to ask for... nothing. Before we could even think about needing anything he was bringing it to us. By far the best service I have had sincethis whole Covid thing started. I will probably say the best service in the last 5 years. The food here at Chilis in ColumbusIndiana was absolutely perfect! I couldn't ask for a better meal, and the price is fair.
