I?ve past by this place more times than I can count. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon around 3:30pm and they had a few people... but wasn?t to busy at all. I wanted to try a little of all the meats so I got the 4 meat plate with 2 sides. Everything wasabsolutely delicious!! None of the meats needed any sauce but if you wanted some sauce, they had 3 different types on thetables. I?m a spicy person so I tried their hot one and I have to admit, it hit the spot. Everything had great flavor and theportion size was good as well. The staff was extremely nice and they kept the place really clean. The best bbq in Columbus! We tried all four meats (pulled pork, sausage, pulled chicken, and ribs), mac & cheese, and the banana... cream pie. Everything was delicious, smoked perfectly, and the three sauces were all great (mustard, regular, and spicy). Colinand Nicole were lovely, and the restaurant was very clean. Service is at the counter and then you sit like most BBQ restaurants. Employees were friendly and came out quickly. Food was... delicious and reasonably priced for the large amount of food you get. This was unexpected, too bad we're just passing through! Amazing barbecue, we tried the 4 meats sampler because you have to...... everything was delicious! What I love the most is that there was no sauce on anything, so I could enjoy the real smoked flavorof each individual meat. Ribs melt in your mouth, a little too much black pepper for my taste but that's just personal. Chickenand pork so good! My favorite was the sausage, and I usually never like the sausage..... Great lunch place, never tried dinner items. Pre-made frozen items in freezer look really good. Only complaint is the use of... cheap hotdogs buns for the sausage items. I get the zombie dog which is sausage with pulled pork pickles and slaw. (Get minewithout slaw) and the bun always falls apart and squishes. Otherwise I enjoy the food. Read more
