This place is Five Star All the Way everyday. I want to commend the managers/owners for hiring the right people and I want to... commend the workers for going in and doing their job every day, all day. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurantand I eat out a lot and I'm very peculiar about the service that's given to me. I work in the food service industry and I takepride in what I do and I expect others to do the same. I went in tonight at 9:30 which is pretty close before they close and putmy order in. I got you the window the girl was making my drink and handed me my food. She stopped and wiped off the sweet tearesidue that was on the side of my cup before handing it to me. That may sound minuscule to some but to me it's somebody thatwas raised right and takes pride in what she does. I like this Zaxby's because I can go in and place my order versus the location near me which is on Buena Vista Road. The quality... of the food at this store is also better than a one on Buena Vista. I went through drive thru. My order was incorrect. I waited 10 minutes supposedly for ?fresh? cheddar bites, they were not... fresh. I never got my ice because they too too long to bring it out. When I tried to call to advise that I had to leave due toreturning to work. The young man just yelled at me, hung up and would not take my name to return for my bag of ice. Well looks like Zaxby's is participating in shrinkflation now. They don't carry the basket of fries anymore but still carry the... large. Which is 2 oz less and with no sauce.
