Third time my wife and I have been here. Won't be going back. Thought maybe going inside instead of the drive through might... result in my order being correct. Guess not. Don't even have a receipt to get the order corrected. If I wanted to pay money toget consistently incorrect, cold, and wet food with poor service, there are much cheaper options. Read more

Only 2 salads to choose from. Big Zack Snack looks like a kids meal. Was told the weight in fries was decreased. Absolutely ZERO... flavor. Fries at least used to come with seasoning. Not any more. Spent way too much for what I got. I will never go back. Read more

I ordered online using the zaxby?s app and my order was to be ready at 7:03 pm; after waiting 15 minutes beyond 7:03 pm and... seeing 2 customers come in, place an order for dine in and get their food before me which mine was already paid for, I requestedto get a refund and speak to the manager; the young man taking orders informed me ?He was the manager?, which I knew wasn?t truebecause he didn?t know how to refund my money! He lied because he had to call another gentleman from the back who explained tohim how to do the refund. This same cashier looked at me as I sat in front of ?the online to go orders? area after he took the2nd customer to walk in order and now there is NO ONE IN LINE, and when I said I?m here for an online order, he turned awayquickly, went and said something to another co-worker, and they glanced my way and started laughing! Totally unprofessional anddown right disrespectful; my food was paid for already and it was already 15 minutes pass the pick time; then when I asked forthe manager and he , the cashier said he was the manager, I asked him for his boss name and a number to contact them; he saidhis boss was Taylor Mead and she would not be back until next Monday, September 5th, and I would have to contact her at thestore number then. I expressed to him my disappointment in the entire customer service experience I just had; after I got myrefund, I went to Chick-fil-A drive through where I was served promptly within 5 minutes of placing my order! It will besometime before I visit Zaxby?s again, and my family frequent Zaxby?s at least 2-3 times a week; will now go to Chick-fil-Ainstead. Of course Zaxby?s has good food; Chick-fil-A has great food; so if the management of this restaurant don?t address theissues with online ?paid orders? being filled and ready when stated, it won?t surprise me if that part of the business severelydeclined as the online order that has been paid for should be a priority for the workers/employees to fill. The staff was very friendly and evening inside seemed to be very clean. Didn't have to wait long for our orders and they came... out correct. It's always nice when you can go into a fast food restaurant and your meal comes out right. Read more

$30? just pathetic. Maybe half a teaspoon of sauce for these wings and they were TINY. To management: don?t put this solely on... the young kids you have working this location. The price increases are terrible, staffing seems to be terrible and sourcing forthe chicken is TERRIBLE. Read more

Ordered signature sandwich meal. Drive through went fast. Sandwich was awful. Chicken was cold, bun was hard as a rock. Fries... were cold and soggy. If I didn?t need to be somewhere I would have went back for a fresh meal. Read more
