I don?t know if this place is under new ownership or what, but ever since Wes (previous manager) left here awhile back, it has... gone downhill. The store is always filthy & the customer service is horrible. Half the time the food is not fresh or my order iswrong. The last couple times Ive come in, I have just turned around & walked out, like today. Workers just stare at you when youcome in & then dont say anything. Stood there for a couple mins or so after I said I needed to place a carryout order beforesomeone finally came to take my order. When he came to the register, he looked at me annoyed & asked what I needed. I said Iwanted to place a carryout order again. He then just said, ?name? and stood there as if I was bothering him, so I told him Iwould just come back & walked out. All the workers acted like they did not know how to talk to customers & we wereinconveniencing them. I used to be a regular here, but sadly, I wont be returning. Read more

i ordered and PAID for 3 large ranches . i believe that if i am paying extra money for the large ranches, they should be filled... full not half way to where i can pour 1 cup of ? large ? ranch into another and it makes a full ranch. Read more

Failure on so many levels. Ordered online and the food wasn't done 2 hours later. Once I got the food, there was tons of items... missing and what I was given was completely wrong. There were 20 people waiting at one point. Don't waste your money, go to adifferent place for your chicken. Read more

Ive always recommended Wingstop to everyone. Idk if this location is under new ownership.. but it?s definitely not the same!!... Our fries were old and over cooked. The wings were covered in so much grease. So much that it leaked all through the bag. Weplaced an online order for pickup. 2 meals were left out. We called for almost 20 min straight. Unfortunately my husband and togo back up there and wait another 20+ mins for them to be cooked again. Please fix the mistakes! Read more

Your staff member Joann was very rude when I came in. She gave me my several dollars of change completely in nickels. I don?t... see very well and when I asked her what flavors the fries come in she said ?they are right there? and pointed at the board. Itold her I don?t see very well if she could please tell me and she laughed at me and turned around and read the board to me veryslowly. I don?t see well. I am not stupid. I asked her how long it would be. If it would be 20-25 minutes considering they werenot busy at all. There was 2-3 other people in there and there was a guy in the kitchen just standing looking like he waswaiting for something to do. She said ?no not even close try 35-45.? And I said okay thank you and she just said ?yeah?. I alsowork in the food service industry and I understand how costumers can be but this was completely uncalled for. I was trying myhardest not to be difficult by reading the menu before I even entered the store but she was so incredibly rude to me. I don?tknow if she was having a bad day but I don?t see how that is even remotely close to being my fault. I sincerely hope she has abetter day and treats other customers significantly better than she treated me. i genuinely hate writing negative reviewsbecause i understand working in the service industry but this made me really sad. i love wing stop and have for years i comehere to this store all the time. i?m really sad about this experience Read more
