This place is exactly what I remember Wild Wing Cafe being. The menu?s changed a bit, and they were out of a few things (but I... came in late so I completely understand) but everything else was perfect. The nuggets were cooked to perfection and theSteeltown tots were great. Even at 10 pm the hostess was upbeat and welcoming. Crystal at the bar was great! Even though shedoesn?t drink beer she knew everything about the beers on tap and made several great recommendations. Definitely stop here ifyou need wings and a good time. Read more
Our server didn?t smile at all, or engage with us. We mentioned it was our first time here, and she didn?t offer suggestions or... anything. The pretzel appetizer was really good! The wings are NOT worth the price. They didn?t have any meat on the wings. Idon?t think I would care to try this place again. The live music was fun, and the restaurant was clean. I was just here today for the first time. Our server ?Chelsea? was excellent. At no time did our glass reach empty & always... checked on us (she was kinda cute too!????) I had a burger and the others had wings. Everything was delicious! The insideappeared very clean with TVs everywhere. We are just a tad too early for the live music. We were here almost 3 hours because of bad service. Our lunch turned into a dinner. We sat down and didn?t get any service. no... drinks. No utensils. for half an hour. We waited an hour and a half before we got our entrees. If you?re understaffed, you couldhave let us know so that we could go somewhere else. The only reason we stayed is because the kids were so hungry and at leastgot their food first. A 10% discount for our inconvenience?! and then you want a 20% tip? Thanks so much ???? Read more
Saturday night , went to hear Whiskey Moon play. The dinner plate was fair. The tenders and tater tots were bland. No... seasoning. The tenders were tiny and on the rubbery side. The food was not hot. Did not complain due to short staffed. My teacame out in a styroam cup.Everyone else had red cups. I paid almost 20.00 for the meal. That's way too much. The waitstaff wasnice. Over cooked food poor service. Watched our waitress sit in the doorway of the office for 20 min before checking on us with no... drinks. All this time gave me a chance to look around and see the dirt and filth the wall seprerating our booths had so muchdust and furballs on it I lost all my appetite. They offered us all our food free. But I refused I didn't want to eat nothingelse from this place. Needs a deep cleaning and hire staff and training. The Manager wouldn't even come over to speak to us andthe waitress sent another server back with my change. Guess she knew a tip was out of the question. This was my 2nd visit to Wild Wing Cafe. We got burgers and sliders with chips cover in cheese and bacon. Everything was made... fresh and tasted great! They had trivia night and that was a fun experience. My table did win that night. Look forward tovisiting again in the near future. Read more
My mother ordered the Nashville spice sliders and said they barely had any spice in any of the sliders. Other than that, she... said they were great. I ordered a big ol giant burger, and it was also great, other than the onion ring in which the batter wasas soft as a blanket, other than bring crispy. Though a few setbacks, we had a nice lunch.
