The wicked hen restaurant is a great place to go for a wonderfully prepared meal and great service. The drink menu was unique... and elegant with a nice selection to choose from. The atmosphere is newly renovated and modern with a southern flair. Definitelya hidden gem! If you go for brunch, definitely try the steak and eggs! ?? Read more

Was recommended a new place and it?s a cute little restaurant. They had a bigger party of like 12 but only a few other people... were there, which totally bogged down the service/kitchen. It took us about 15 to get our appetizer and then another 40 mins toget our food. Even without the time delay tbh the food was overall bland. The duck egg rolls were the best by a long shot, followed by the cucumber salad and then fries, which were really the only seasoned items. Server was friendly and kept ourdrinks full and apologized but the food LOOKED good but tasted bland which would make us not come back again. Read more

Wicked Hen was the model experience for a Saturday dinner. The food was delicious, the wine selection was serviceable, the... waitstaff was attentive and friendly, and the cooks know what they are doing. The pork belly was some of the best I've eaten, and the jalapeño cornbread tasted just like I'd been teleported to my grandmother's house. Also, you'll want a slice of keylime pie. Read more

Another solid Columbus restaurant. The dining room makes this place special. Really clean and classy space. Food was unique,... adventurous and surprisingly great! Only improvements I would like to see are a house made lemonade. Not a fan of fountaindrinks. And the parking is shared in the square ? so not a lot of space for customers. Read more

My wife and I visited Wicked Hen for the first time on a recent date night. The restaurant is nice, but they seem to be... suffering from the labor shortage. We ate upstairs, which was a bit chilly, and even though it was less than half-full, therewere delays because there was only one person working the entire floor. He was a new employee and nice but obviouslyfrazzled. The food itself was good but pricey, which was not unexpected. We had the pumpkin seed encrusted trout and chickenMarsala, along with deviled egg mini-bagels. All were very good, but the chicken portion left my wife hungry. My wife alsoloved the Water Moccasin drink, while I liked the Porch Pounder. At $14, the drinks were very expensive for a 4-ounceglass. It?s definitely a special occasion place. Hopefully, they can get their labor difficulties resolved so that the outingcan be even more special. Read more

Our server upstairs was working so incredibly hard. She was awesome! Unfortunately the food was a tad mediocre for dinner .... While the options seemed unique and promising, it didn?t deliver fully . The shrimp and grits weren?t all that . I will say thatthe bite of the sweet potato waffle with the pecan chicken was so scrumptious! The homemade icing on the carrot cake was goodbut the cake itself was cold and lacking unfortunately . Nothing made me want to come back except maybe the review I read aboutthe brunch menu and the Cuban in particular. Pretty empty for a Friday night , don?t think reservations are a must Read more

Shared parking with the rest of the square, accepts cash and card. The main array of restaurant seating is downstairs with a... cool upstairs bar with some patio seating. The menu is concise but not lacking, with something for just about everyone on thelist. I had the lamb burger while everyone else had the shrimp and grits. Everything was really good and it's nice to find aplace who serves good collards (a LITTLE salty)! The space is chic, simple, and attractive and the service was good. Definitelyrecommended for an upscale southern cuisine experience! Read more
