Oh wow are these reviews inflated! Almost everyone here is RUDE RUDE RUDE. As someone who ate here at least three times a week... due to getting a short lunch break and it being the closest to me the past several experiences have left much to be desired.This last visit was the final straw when I placed a mobile order that I waited a very long time for, meanwhile people who cameinto the restaurant after me and ordered got their food before me. The manager that day was very rude and all but screamed at meand said we make those when you tell us(what's the point of checking in on the app upon arrival to the location) then she saidshe was sorry as she was walking away from me if you're truly sorry why did you stomp away while I was still talking to you? And acting like it's my fault that yall failed to make my order in time instead of people coming in after me and them gettingtheir food before me since I had placed my order 15 minutes before that? The guy with glasses is always huffing and puffingaround complaining and getting told to do his job by the one shorter manager who always wears the gray looking shirt(she isactually very nice to me each and every time) and he always puts his hand all in my cup prompting me to ask for one that hedidn't touch the inside of. The other woman with the longer braids with red color laced in is the rudest of them all! Theexperience before this one being mentioned, she literally walked away from me while I was placing my order at the register andnever returned! She is always getting the trash out of the bins and not washing her hands afterwords. I'll never spend my moneyhere again and I hope they clean house soon cause if not this location will be in major trouble. No one wants all that attitudeand sass when they're spending their hard earned money. Read more
If you are using the wi fi area of the Whittlesey store be very aware that management will send employees that are teenagers to... investigate. I had my computers at the designated spot. I guess this was overwhelming for some employees at this location. It islike anything else associated with the county of Muscogee, Georgia. Beware and be mindful of your surroundings. Just ask theCreek people who were the original people of Muscogee Georgia. There descendants now live in Oklahoma. I doubt that they speakmuscogeeian anymore! It is a dead language now! Read more
Blessed their hearts. I order my sandwich minus mayonnaise and cheese. Twice they gave me the incorrect order. I checked the... first sandwich but not the second thinking if they were getting another sandwich it would be correct. Unfortunately not. Iarrived home called twitch and it rung ending in a recording stating the wireless customer is not available. Wireless??? just aquick snack turned into trash. Wendy?s or google??? Read more
Always come to this Wendy's and tonight was the first time I've ever encountered a rude worker here. We went through drive thru... and this girl comes on the speaker, what do you want! The whole time on the speaker and at the window she was extremely rude,giving dirty looks and all! She is definitely replaceable and should be immediately for someone who is more polite. Read more
Rude rude rude paid .70 for extra cheese I was given a tablespoon of cheese on my potato. I asked for more and a lady yelled... from the back of the store that how much you get .70. She was so loud her coworker closed the window. She was comfortable beingrude She must have been in management because no one said a word. That makes it even worse. Read more
I think Wendy's is in the top five of the most consistently good and properly prepared meals as far as fast food goes. I rarely... ever have any issue there. I'm only speaking for Columbus Georgia but they seem to be great here! I am usually greeted with asmile, how you doing something funny. I love it. Read more
First atmosphere went to the restroom clean. Dining area few people sitting down eating their lunch. The floors in the... restaurant where immaculate. Service great food piping hot. One note I would like to add. When you get a combo the french friesare automatically small. You have to ask for a large if you want that with your combo. Read more
