I just got back from my second trip to this waffle house. I ordered the all-star breakfast with cheese grits. My grits had no... cheese. Asked for scrambled eggs scrambled light. Got one egg at the most looks like just Whites. Had to go back and get mywaffle that they forgot. They suck for real!! Read more

Fun was in the air. It was a Birthday Celebration for one of the Waitress's. Balloons, Crowns and cake were all there. Great... fun. Good was great and service fantastic? Thanks Waffle House! Read more

Ordered a t bone steak got home its was a ham steak called back they told me to come get the t bone and got there abd was told... they couldn't get to tbones cause cooler was locked. And was sent home empty handed . Had already thrown away ham steak causeguy on phone told me to spent 30 dollars and had nothing to eat. Very displeased with the situation. Never had a problem withwaffle house before. Need someone to contact me please. Read more

First of all food is Delicious, Staff in the Other Hand look very Mad and dont Greet you to welcome you. If it wasn't for time... we would of walked out. Come on Management train your staff better. Read more

Restaurant was dirty. Waffle station was oozing batter all over the floor. Received grits instead of requested hash browns. They... had no Chile for my omelet. Dishes were being thrown (loudly) into cleaning station right under my nose while dining. Read more

Visited Waffle House yesterday on Manchester Expressway, Columbus GA. My waitress was satisfactory, however, the counter top ... was greasy and was told they had been without air conditioning for over a month. To the owner, SHAME ON YOU I witnessed a maleemployee and a customer have an angry exchange, the employee began slinging dishes and muttering foul language which myself andmy 2 seven year old nieces saw and heard, it scared them. GET YOUR AC REPAIRED, maybe employees and customers would be morecomfortable with less anger issues.YOU HAVE A VERY REAL PROBLEM, get it fixed! Read more

See these near empty (now completely empty) plates? The remnants of a delicious All Star Breakfast made by the baddest cook in... town: Ms. Antoinette. I asked her to surprise me and she did... THE RAISIN TOAST WAS LIFE, MA'AM! This crew is amazing andthey'll have you laughing, too. James, my server, was the sweetest and utmost professional. I appreciate that everyone ismasked, gloved, sectioned off booth seating, people limits enforced, and I LOVE that it's no longer bone chilling cold. All ofyou made my day. Read more
