They have one little girl at the register, she needs to check her attitude at the door. If she doesn?t like people, she needs a... different job. The lines were long, true, but everyone was on their best behavior. No one was complaining about the long lines,or anything. So tell me why that brat, had to have a stank attitude? People like her is why I rather shop online. There was noneed for her to be rude. No need what so ever. Read more

It was not looking good for them initially, but how they handled my order issues in the end helped to save their rating!! 1st... time customer...Ordered a holiday meal, switched a side for another after being told they were out and manager assured methey'll have item in stock...they found the specific item somewhere. I was given another side that was 3-4 months past it "useby date" and my turkey order that would not have made it to Thanksgiving day (not fresh at all). Had to come back and switchthese items out...the young girls that helped me initially, handled my exchanges graciously. Got a fresher turkey and got areplacement side w/a date in 2023. Considering it was crazy busy, I was in/out relatively quickly (helps to have prepaid foryour order) and was allowed to p/u my order initially earlier than my specified time slot (big plus). Didn't realize that thesides were pre-packaged frozen food (bit disappointing)..... Read more

Visited this store to buy a ham for Thanksgiving, three days before the holiday. There were 3 cash registers in operation and... five employees behind the counter. I was one of 8 customers in the store at the time. When making my purchase, I overheard theman at the next cashier ask if he needed to show his military ID card to get the discount. Being a 27year veteran of activeArmy service, I asked my cashier if they offered a military discount. She responded that they do, but since my transaction hadjust ?cleared,? I could not get the discount. I asked if she would void the transaction and make the correction. She respondedthat the manager told them anyone wanting the discount had to ask before paying, or they would not honor it. I asked to speakto the manager and she repeated the policy to me. It occurs to me that if the cashier had mistakenly undercharged for the ham,or incorrectly keyed something in the transaction, she would have been able to void it to make a correction. This is a verypoor customer experience and indicates to me that the business owner doesn?t really want to honor the discount at all. Inoticed there were no signs announcing the military discount in the store. Of course, no business is obliged to offer adiscount of any sort, but if they do (and many in our community do so), it seems reasonable for them to find ways to honor it.,rather than decline to do so, as a matter of local policy.
