I placed an order through my mobile app the horrible rude manager named T told me that it wasn't received and that's that. Even... after looking at my app seeing that the order was placed and paid for. I didn't want a refund I simply wanted my food. Insteadshe called the police on me and told me to call the bank. If she had a ounce of good customer service she would have doneeverything possible to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The $13 meal that I paid for could have easily been replaced. Iwould not ever have a person like T as the face of my restaurant. She needs to be fired and seek employment that doesn't allowher to have to provide ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cheesy Gordita Crunch. There is nothing cheesy about this. Every single time I get this, there?s no cheese. Why do I have to... tell these people ?extra? cheese to get it the way it?s supposed to be made? Seriously, though.. this place is a hit or miss.Also, the drinks are never good. I cant even begin to describe my experience with this place- but by far its the worst fast food experience of my life. Took... about 15 minutes waiting in line- I Never received a receipt- by the time I arrived home I realized half of my order wasn't evenin my bag. Yes ill take the blame for not double checking my bag but 6 items were missing for a $48 order. Ontop of that when Idrove back to get my money back- one of the female employees proceeded to question me as if I was making up a lie as if Iactually received the order and that it was suspicious I didn't have a receipt. Lady stared at me with a rude look afterwardsand another male employee also gave me a rude look. I understand how difficult it can be working fast food but it's no excuseacting the way they did when they're the ones making mistakes. I Highly recommend going to a different Taco Bell. Read more
Taco bell is one of my son's favorite restaurants. The one on airport had gotten pretty bad with customer service. I could tell... something was different today. They are under new management, thank GOD! Oh, and the food was back on track.???? Read more

The cooks if you want to call them that, don't know what no sour cream means, and to put it on the side!!! And then they charged... me for the sour cream that I didn't want on the taco and they charged me for the three blended cheeses which l never heard of , on my two soft shredded chicken tacos. They charged me for that too. The taco pizza was a mess. The bag it came in have seenbetter days. And when l called back they wouldn't answer the phone. They should have gotten a zero stars, but you have to ratethem to leave a opinion.???? Read more
I haven't been to this location I quite awhile since I don't work nearby it anymore, but it was great! The wait was minimal... (weird because it was a Saturday evening), the staff was nice (Andrea even laughed at my story about past management knowingabout my pregnancy craving for HEAVY HEAVY tomatoes). I ordered the $5 Chalupa box meal (chalupa, taco, bean burrito, cinnamon twists, and a medium drink), and all of it was really enjoyable! Walked in to order, someone yelled "what you want from the back," we said it was ok and we would wait. We watched 3 kiosk orders... get fulfilled and a door dash. More people walked in and the person in the back yelled "use the kiosk." Waited a little longer,and they just would not acknowledge us otherwise than the dirty looks we got. So we walked to the kiosk and started to order,the a person came up from the back to take another person's order at the counter. It was clear that we were not wanted in theresturant for some reason.
