I am traveling with my friends and their band and last night after a show we pulled up to this Taco Bell. It was 12:30ish and we... had a huge order. The order accuracy was amazing and the lady was doing drive thru by herself. All of our food was correct andyummy and the woman at the window was an absolute doll. I highly recommend this Taco Bell! This particular Taco Bell has really slipped. Has to be under new management. Two weeks ago I was asked to pull forward from the... drive thru and await my order. No problem. Waited 20 plus minutes, finally went in and was told that I was told to come in andget my order. Lol why have a drive thru? Today I had a young man by the name of Perry give me my Mexican pizza. I pulled forwardand when I opened it had cheese on the top. That was it. When I went back to the window he slammed it shut and mumbled someprofanity.the so-called manager vigorously defended the young disrespectful young man saying the wind has a tendency to shut thewindow. I ordered the mexican pizza and two soft shelled tacos the pizza came in a box that half the top was torn off and tasted like... its been sitting under a warmer for hours i took one bite and threw it away the tacos were made on dry hard shells with sourcream thats not even supposed to be on them total waste of money and ive tried to call the store several times to get it fixedand noone would answer. I'm new to reducing meat in my diet and the staff was ridiculously accommodating. I didn't order my entire meal meatless and the... young lady at the window made sure to get it corrected without me having to ask. On top of the great service, the kitchen staffmade the meal extremely well. Couldn't have asked for a better fast food experience. No cap. Read more

I have been a long standing loyal customer of Taco Bell, but my experience yesterday may change that completely! I was going to... one of my local Taco Bell Restaurants here in NYC as I had received a promotion via email. I got to the location, opened up theTaco Bell App & placed my order. I inquired with the Taco Bell Manager if the offer would be automatically added to my order,when he pointed out that my order was not sent to the current location I was at, but to another Taco Bell Restaurant MILES &MILES away, in a completely different city & state! I was like, WHAT??? So I tried to cancel the order, but was not able to. So I tried calling Taco Bell Customer Service, where after punching in different prompts....it was seriously convoluted just howmany prompts I had to go through, only in the end for the call to be dropped. This happened about 3 or 4 times, so I finallygave up reaching a live person in customer service. The Taco Bell manager even tried to reach them, but with no success. Sothen I tried going through both the website & the App for help, that did not work either. I then tried calling the Taco BellRestaurant that my oder was sent to; in Columbus, GA; I spoke the the manager of that location & although she was extremelynice, she informed that there was nothing she could do about the charges on my Citibank account. The manager of my local TacoBell wound up giving me a cheesy bean & rice burrito & a beverage due to all of the inconvenience, but I still have a charge forthe meal I wasn't able to pick up as it was miles away from where I was at. UNBELIEVABLE!!! So, those of you making mobileorders on the Taco Bell App, be warmed, you might have your order sent to some FAR AWAY place, & u will still get charged forit!!! Read more
