Ok, so I work here(just quit), this place is terrible, I recommend that no one goes here. This will be long. Let?s begin with... three weeks ago, I had just came in after the manager left, and not even ten minutes go by, and I?m making someone a sandwichthat has roast beef, the roast beef, looked absolutely disgusting, and smelled of rottting meat. I threw it away immediately,and I honestly hope no one else was served this, but not even 5 minutes later my coworker points out that the ?fresh mozzarella?is moldy, so we threw that out too, and replaced it with an unopened pack. It amazed me how no one noticed before FIVE PM. Andthen today, I had come into work sick, because I would be written up and fired if I didn?t, come to find out that who ever wasin charge thought I was faking the entire time, until my coworker, tells them that I just finished vomiting in the bathroom, Ihad already been coughing and wheezing prior to that, I had even warned every customer that I was sick, but I had to come in orelse I would have been terminated. After my coworker had come in I left, I went home and someone took my place. Come to find out2 and a half hours later, that neither of them have keys, the only other worker who has keys is out of town, the manager quityesterday and the last person who would have keys is also out of town, and I have no vehicle. So this is probably the worst andmost disorganized subway in the city of Columbus, and I do not recommend that anyone come here to eat, or come here for a job,your best bet is to find somewhere else to eat or work. Came in today for a sandwich. Store looked disgusting. Boy making my sandwich was coughing and wheezing. Gotta be a health code... violation especially during COVID. Will not be returning, horrible management. Read more
On a very crowded Saturday there was 1 young lady working alone. The food table was bare with no bell peppers, no onions and no... cleanliness either. So many items were OUT. Restaurant was Absolutely DISGUSTING. I will NOT be back to this badly managedestablishment. Read more
DO NOT ONLINE ORDER AT THIS STORE!!! I arrived about 5 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. Business was slow at... the moment. There was only one other person in the store besides me. On the app, I had ordered a salad. My order appeared to beaccepted. The app gave me a "Pick Up" time of 2:50. When I got there, I was told they "Didn't Have Salad". I didn't understandat first because, look, this is Subway, they DEFINITELY have the stuff for salads. I walked up to the sneeze guard glass andsaid "You guys have lettuce, spinach, and all.... What do you mean?" She said "We don't have the bowls. You have to go thru theapp for refund." Then she walked away. No apology. No suggestions of maybe just switching my order to a sandwich. Since thestore had already gotten my money I expected more help at least. I stood there for a bit trying to figure out where to go on theapp to get the order rejected or get a refund, but I initially did not see it. I asked to other woman there about it. Sheproceeded to tell me they don't know anything about the app. She said- when she wants anything, she just goes to the store andplaces her order there to make sure they have what she wants, and she wouldn't ever use the app etc...etc... etc... I finallyfound the "contact us", but it doesn't have a spot that just flat out says the restaurant did not fill my order. I completedthat to the best of my ability but I have a sinking feeling I will not be seeing a refund. This place is absolutely the pits. Icouldn't be more disillusioned. Read more
How do you go to a Subway to get a sandwich and they have no bread? I knew there was a reason I did not go to this location. One... time I went and they did not have any meat and now I try to give them another chance and they do not have any bread. I don'tunderstand why they were not closed or had a sign on the door that stated they didn't have any bread. This is a poor managementissue . Not everyone wants a salad or pizza when they go to Subway.. most want a sandwich. Read more
I went here 7/30/21 I was the only person in the store and ordered a turkey wrap and made it a meal. The young man in here told... me my total was 16.08. I told him I never saw a subway meal for that price. He told me that?s what the register say. I said okayI don?t want the order drove down the street to the other subway got the same exact order for 12.63. Stop your people fromstealing I don?t have it to give. I went to subway yesterday around 6pm to get two subs a foot long meatball and a All American Club toasted. Both subs where... burnt and nasty. I will never go back this subway just horrible. Read more
