It's a very busy Subway and it needs more help at lunch time
Ordered online twice and came to pick it up only to find out the order was never made. The app indicated it was ready. I just visited this Subway today (during lunch on a Sunday) & there was only one worker. The worker, Ms.Kat was fast, polite,... and seemed very unbothered by the lack of help. Ms.Kat displayed a positive attitude & even apologize for the wait though sheworked extremely fast and I didn't have to wait long. The food was great but the customer service was even better! Two weeks ago I stopped here. Very busy, but the two women working kept the line moving pretty quick. The gentleman in front of... me got his sandwich and went to sit down to eat, only to realize he had my sandwich. When returning it to the cashier it wasopen and both workers insisted that they make me a new sandwich. Not only did they make it new, I was given a footlong. Ioriginally requested a 6". Subway quality has gone down in the city as of late. The employees are great and the establishments are clean; the menu is... awesome; but if you don't have the product, you can't make a sandwich properly. I don't want to "settle" for something becausethey don't have what you want. Read more
Every time I have been to this location. The employees are rude and short with me. They act as though they don't like their... job. It makes for a terrible customer service experience. I refuse as much as my kids love they spicy intalian sub, to ever goto this location. Also what is inconvenient is having to make a complaint online and their website. It gets less personal.Management and store owners should want to know how well they are doing in customer service. Because a customer like me. WILLspend my HARD EARNED MONEY somewhere else.
