The staff is almost always kind! But they almost always mispell my name or make my order wrong. :(
Asked for a Dragon Drink and was given a dragonfruit refresher when I asked politely if I could get the coconut milk added to... correct it to the dragon drink. The girl refused to add it saying I asked for a dragonfruit refresher when I know I did not andjust gave me a refund. She was extremely rude and not friendly which is unacceptable for an employee.
