This Starbucks sucks. They tried to tell me ps season is over already and it wasn?t even October 31st yet. Every time you go... customer service sucks. They are rude & insulting when you order something that is ?difficult to make? or requires extra steps.They will literally throw things in the bag & then they are rearranged or broken by the time you get to them. They're smaller than the new Starbucks on macon but work so much faster! I sat in line for almost 25 min for an online order... that I had to just leave since I had somewhere to be. Liked Starbucks coffee. I usually get a white chocolate mocha with Hazelnut. Don't understand why most of the time it tastes the... same as the first one I ordered. Every once in a while I will get one that seems like it is bitter or no sweetness added. Ifinally put a container of sugar & stirrer in car. Read more
As many times as we?ve been to this Starbucks and many others, we were given a rationed tall apple juice. We always order this... for our 4 year old - with no ice - and for the first time in two years, we received a half-full cup of juice. Why? We were toldit?s because we didn?t get ice in it. The young man who chose to make today his rationing day brought us to the quick decisionto never patronize this Starbucks again. Read more
It would be my first choice if it was closer to my house. Coffee has always been perfect & the team is very nice. The parking... lot is a driver's test of turns, but flow is decent for a the footprint size. Read more
Went here to grab a coffee before school. The line was long but went by pretty quick! The employees were very nice and... welcoming! The coffee and pumpkin loaf were delicious! I definitely recommend this location and will be coming back! Read more

There is a barista named Q. She has assisted me the past several times I have gone there, once even running inside from taking... orders outside in the drive thru to get my pickup order because I couldn?t find a parking spot. Another time they were out ofitems needed to make my drink so she made up a whole new concoction to try to get close to it and it was amazing! This mostrecent time she went out of her way to ask me about my work and how it was going because I was wearing a shirt with the logo onit. She always goes the extra mile to make sure customers have a good experience, being personal and professional with everyoneeven when they?re not. I seriously cannot say enough good things about her. She deserves all the recognition! It?s so evidentthat she lives her job & she is a true asset to this store. Read more
