Not a good location. They act like because they are on post they are not a Starbucks but an independent coffee shop. Their... hours are very limited and most of the time the drinks are not quite up to Starbucks standard. Save yourself a headache and hita Starbucks off post. Or go to the Shoppette. Their coffee is better. Actually Army coffee commonly referred to as tastinglike turpentine is better. Read more
I was visiting my daughter and happy to see this Starbucks in her housing area. Devette is an excellent barista. He is literally... there every time I go and he always remembers my drink and offers excellent customers service!! This location is always cleanand has a friendly staff. Read more
I visited Columbus GA & was welcomed on the Army base & I was so excited to learn that there was a Starbucks on base. I love... Starbucks. I don't get to go to a Starbucks very often, so whenever I get the chance to go, I really enjoy it so much. This Starbucks is super convenient but it's always hit or miss. Usually when I come in the staff is chillin or talking in the... lobby or outside. Staff seems bothered/annoyed that I've come in and they have to get up.They seem to be "out" of things often.One time they were out of regular decaf drip coffee... hot drinks are usually just warm, sometimes still cool. Drinks from thislocation taste different a lot of times, usually not as good, as the same drink I would get at another Starbucks location. Read more
Convenient location in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, so many mom's bring their children in and let them run wild. It's a... coffee shop, not a daycare/playground. Kinda wish the employees were able to kick them outside. Hours listed online areincorrect. Nice to stop by when I get a chance, but the hours are frustrating when most folks work during their business hours.This store also doesn't participate in Starbucks Rewards, which isn't stated anywhere. The employees are usually chattingamongst one another or eating at the register. The manager is usually seen on her phone. They often don't have the ingredientsfor non-coffee drinks. All-in-all, I have to drive to the Starbucks in the PX to get professional service. Read more
Some of the times I would come in the lady would be very rude and be like I can?t hear you and when I would tell them what I... wanted they would get my order completely wrong and so most times that?s why I have my husband come in with me because seemslike they will listen to him and be super nice with him rather than me!
