The food and drink I got was pretty good. The menu from in the car is a bit hard to bread for a passenger in a car and there is... no menu on the passenger side, just sn advertisement.. so I had to get out of car to read it. The waitress was a bit huffytoo..but all in all the good was good band that's what mattered. Read more

I love Sonic but the customer service in this particular store and the one on Milgen is super bad. It all depends on what crew... is running the place on that day. My son and I stopped here on the way to soccer practice because there was no one in line big mistake. 4 people behind us got... there orders and left. i was told they had to make us fresh popcorn chicken but that was not the case! Our order was dried outand cold. Read more

After we waited forever, in line, at the drive thru... we ordered 2 strawberry slushes. We were told they didn't have ice.... There is a bunch of people employed, but not working. This place is a joke. We went and got gas station icee's, and they werebetter and cheaper....and, FAST! Just sayin' ***After reading some of the reviews.... I'm amazed this place doesn't have a 1star rating. It is consistently bad. Approximately, 2 years ago, it was a great and fast place ... our local "go to" fast foodplace. The workers were friendly and fast. And, the orders were accurate and tasted good. ..... Now, service is terrible. It'schaos. Is the drive thru open? Are the stalls open? Basically, no one ever comes, to take the order. Always long lines, but doesanyone actually receive food or drinks. I love how there seems to be a generic message, from the manager, to escalate thecomplaint... maybe, that's the problem. Does anyone in management know what goes on or doesn't go on, at this location? Maybe,go see for yourself/secret shopper... It's awful/terrible service. If I could get below one star I would. Arrived at this location at 10:30 p.m. an hour and a half before their closing time. The... whole restaurant was super dark aside from light coming from the kitchen windows and three cars in the Drive-Thru. Automaticallyleft the impression that all of the drive-up stalls were closed even though it was during normal business hours. So wereluctantly pulled up to the drive-thru. Again very dark aside from the cars in front of us idling with their lights on and themenu sign. Sat there for a total of 20 minutes, the first five just waiting to be greeted. That greeting was only received afterI repeatedly inquired to as if they were even open. The greeting that I got in return was short clipped and rude, stating in togive her a few minutes. Over the next 15 minutes she never returned to take our order or update us on why we were waiting, andnone of the other three cars moved an inch. At the end of the night we ended up having to drive 13 miles into Alabama to find aSonic that was interested in doing business. If I was the owner of this establishment and had any interest in making money, Iwould probably remove all of the stuff that was on duty the other night from employment and restaff the whole store. This is the worst sonics in the history of fast foods!!!!! Whenever I order ahead and I go to the drive thru, they will say that... I need to go to a stall. Then when I go to a stall, they I have to go to the drive thru. This is craziness! Then they say Ican't change my drink order because they don't want to even though the option for a certain flavor isn't online. Then when theydon't have something, they are willing to change it because they don't want to give a refund. Read more

I ordered a number 5… a toaster BLT. I received regular white bread untoasted. Also my bacon was burnt. No apologies, no... nothing. I waited 20 minutes for my order and asked for a refund, he refunded the whole order. I only wanted to blt refunded! Igave him the food back. Everytime I come to this location, the employees seems to have a great time laughing and joking inside,but fail to let the customer know that the order will be a little off! Most of my experience with eating at this Sonic location (Manchester Expressway) has been good. But tonight I ordered on the app... and received a Sonic Crave double cheeseburger with nothing on it but meat and cheese. I only asked for no pickles. There is noketchup, no mayo, no signature sauce, no anything on this sandwich. I'm highly disappointed because this sandwich isn't cheap, Iwas cheated, and should have spent my money elsewhere.
