I give it 5 stars cuz the milkshakes we ordered were out if this world! So yummy! BUT! It cost over $17 for 2 large milkshakes.... That's all we got. The shakes were very good. My only complaint is the price. Just 2 large shakes $14+! Never again. Read more
Terrible Sonic to go to. We went for the new Dill burgers because they sounded really good. My husband ordered our food online... as we live 5-7 minutes away. When we got there we had to wait another 10 minutes. My husband added a small fry and 2 drinks toour order (Arnold Palmer and an ocean water). The fries were old. Not just cold but like they had been sitting out for hours.Also there was no coconut in my ocean water! That?s almost the entire point. Just left Sonic been there for an entire hour trying to get 4 coney's for my kids. The speaker not working...at drive thru and 3... pull up screens are out of order. I work for Uber Eats and we went to pick up a order for a customer today. When we got there we waited 30 minutes for the order.... When they finally brought it. It was wrong. I told the lady it was wrong and she was rude about it and tried to act like it wasmy fault. We only pick up the orders not make them. So she said she would send the manger out to retake the customers order. Iwaited another 20 minutes for a manger to talk to me and he never came out. So I canceled the order and left. I had waited 50minutes. They cost me about $30.00 dollars in orders waiting on food that never came. I will never take another order from thatSonic. A bunch of rude lazy staff. Read more
