We just tried to place an order. One young lady said hello. There was no one in front of us perhaps they were preparing to go... orders? But how would we know when they didn't let us know that they would be taking our order. Read more
The girl at the register was super sweet and very helpful. She even asked if I had any food allergies and they don't ask that at... tropical smoothie. Horrible experience, place was clean but customer service was so unpleasant. From the time I walked in the door I was picking up... a drink for one of my coworkers and they said that the drink itself was horrible! Please let your staff know that if they don?twant to work then go home how hard is it to make a smoothie? I guess extremely difficult. Read more

When I asked a question about the smoothie, I was told to look it up on the app. I used my... card, other then telling me the amount due, no additional words were spoken to me, even when it was handed to me and I saidthank you. 3 people were behind the counter and they spoke to each other during the transaction.
