Tonight was the worst experience I’ve had with red lobster ever…. 13th street was the best at one point but it’s like... crack heads work there now. Me and my family was seated at 8:04 p.m. and still didn’t receive our food or appetizers by 8:40,and almost had to beg to get biscuits. As for as I’m concerned I’ll go to North Columbus to get service never again at 13th! Read more
Let me start by saying, I understand. I understand everyone's short staffed. I didn't hate my experience, but it definitely... wasn't as enjoyable as it once was. There was a pretty good wait, despite there not being a lot of tables sat. They were tryingto to overload the servers, but honestly, I work food service, I could handle way more tables by myself. Our server was prettybubbly, but no one else really seemed thrilled about being there. There was no hustle or sense of urgency coming from anyone. Wewanted to get a beer while we waited, no bartender, no seats at the bar, server had to stop what she was doing to come get us a$5 bottle of mich ultra, no cash in the drawer to make change because we couldn't just add it to the ticket at the table, had tobe paid for and drank, standing at the bar, remember, no seats. We ordered, had to wait for sweet tea to be brewed. Food cameout, ate half my food before the fries came out. Food was pretty good. Nothing spectacular for $90 or anything, but it was ok.Working in food service, you can get a vibe for a place and honestly it felt just kind of depressing and like no one reallycared. Read more
Well, I went on date with the hubby and the food was great. Really enjoyed our waiter (Raymond) he was spot on made sure... everything was fresh. Keep up the great service.. Will b coming back soon. 13th street Red Lobster.???? Read more
Restaurant was empty it was just us and another table . Our server Charly was working togo and had us but was ending her shift... so Demeka took over very sweet ladies and hard working but we didnt get our second order for endless shrimp or refills . Thatpoor server was stuck on togo and couldnt get to us . I know everywhere is short staffed . It was just all bad celebrating mydaughter birthday. The manager was very nice and acomadating. Im giving 5 stars still cause they are trying their best with thehelp they have but we will not come back . Good luck ladies hope it gets better. Read more
This was a very good experience from a place I never really go to when I’m hungry. I had the garlic linguini alfredo, cheddar... bay biscuits, and the crispy Brussels sprouts. The meal was very delicious through and through. I will definitely order thisparticular meal again! Read more
Oh goodness! Where should I start... the service I will talk about first, it was impeccable and the bar tender was actually... acting as a server for that afternoon and she was absolutely amazing! I wish service was like this all the time, she was fast,great and awesome! I enjoyed so much because of her service and we had a party of 13! Thank you! Oh my goodness I have been going to the wrong Red Lobster in Columbus! This was the best Red Lobster experience I have had. The... other location at the strip mall had me done Red Lobster, service was horrible there including waiting forever for the horribleservice. I was hesitant about the location, I was driving pass it on my way to Waffle House and decided to try it. My mom usedto bring me here every single weekend growing up and I loved it, then it changed. I am happy to say, I walked in was seatedquickly, drinks came right out not 20 mins after placing an order like uptown, my food came out shortly after my drinks. Thefood was heavenly, hot, crisp, and great. My server Walter was very polite, exhibited people skills and manners, he wasattentive. I will return! Read more
