I placed an online order and checked the time I wanted to pick it up and I received a message that it'd be done a minute before... the expected time. We were a few minutes late arriving and when it was my turn at the register, the employee asked when thechicken would be up, and she was told they were going to put it down NOW!! This was an order that should've been ready! Sodisappointed! Had to wait another 15 minutes or so...when we left, there were about 5 or 6 cars at the drive thru - wonder howlong they had to wait!!!
