Been a repeat customer here for months with no problems. Every Saturday I buy a pizza on the way into work. Today I put in the... order like normal at 527pm est, arrived at around 547pm est to be told it wasn't ready yet and that it would be in just aminute, no big deal. 603pm est hits and I'm now late to work and still haven't received the pizza, ask them how long until it'sdone. Cashier says "Oh they're about to put it in the oven in just a minute." Over 30 minutes past me putting in the order.While I stood around I noticed several employees with long hair that was let down and no hair nets on too so I'm not coming backto here again. Read more
Thoroughly disappointed in the fact that I ordered pizza and upon arrival, the bell peppers arrived bitten into! I called thr... store and they said they were just ripped from bag but it doesn't look that way to me. Why would they even pick that up andPLACE those in a box if that was the case!? I got a pizza from the Milgen Road store for lunch around 1:00 yesterday (3/30) & the employee was very friendly and fast and my... pizza was PERFECT! The pepperoni was perfectly crispy.... I was only supposed to eat 3 slices... well it was a small and I atethe whole thing ???? but it was delicious and I couldn't help it! Give that employee a raise! It's a big deal for me becausethat was the 3rd time I bought lunch this week (1st time at PJs tho) but it was the ONLY lunch I had that I was satisfied withand it was the cheapest! Ordered for delivery large pizza, poppers and wings. Food arrived cold. I understand it gets busy but that's where the kitchen... needs to manage better.
