Chick Fil A is the teacher, McDonald's is(now) the student. These establishment's are in there own league when it comes to... customer service. Nothing will be spoken about the Teacher in this review. The student has proven time and time again that theyare capable of juggling multiple tasks at one time and and never make you feel forgotten. As far as I can tell it?s still one of the very few fast food places that claims they?re open 24/7 and they are. You just have... to use the drive thru after hours the lobby is closed. I ordered a Big Mack combo about 5:15am and didn?t have a lick ofproblems. If you see a fast food place in Google Maps such as Waffle House or Krystal saying they?re open 24/7 still try callingthe place first. Especially the Krystal restaurants. They?ll Advertise on the post outside the restaurant they?re open 24/7 andGoogle Maps will say they?re open 24/7. The Manchester Expressway still advertises 24/7 When the lobby closes at 8 PM. Went through the drive thru it 6:30a.m. to be yelled at aggressively by a female to "Hold On", then picked up my order by... another employee, that stuck the big out of the window & said nothing and would not look out the window. As I drove off the ladythat yelled orders as I pulled up was out smoking and on her cell phone. This is why I do not use McDonald for myself. I waspicking this order up for a co worker and will continue to avoid McAttitudes in the future. Read more
I shouldn?t even have gave them one star their night shift is rude went to order my food and was trying to give her the order... she claiming she couldn?t hear but loud music and they was playing in the back ground . The reason this only has three stars is bc they are so very slow. Whether you eat inside or go through the drive thru you will... have a long wait before you get to eat. Their food is almost always actually and tastes good. But I cannot figure out why theyare as slow as they are. Read more
Well.... thank goodness I'm not allergic to onions. I asked for no onions. Like I always do, because I don't eat onions. But... whenever I buy food, especially fast food, I always double check my order before eating. The drive through line was crazy. Afterplacing my order, we arrive at the payment window, only to be asked "what we ordered". So again, we repeated this order, paid,then proceeded to the next window. So that was twice within 10 minutes that I stated, "no onions". But of course, I receivedonions and a burger that clearly had been pre-made, because the cheese wasn't even melted. This has now happened twice at thesame restaurant within one year. I won't let it happen a third time. Because I won't return. But here's a lesson tocustomers... go inside to order and check the order before walking out. I understand that it was 3pm on a hot Saturday afternoonand employees were probably tired. But I should receive what I paid for and nothing less. And again, thankfully I'm not allergicto something that I asked twice not to be given to me. The one star was for the hot fries. Read more
The wait was about 30 minutes for our food. The time I ate was right at lunch hour so that was understandable. The restrooms... however were in need of attention and you could tell that cleaning had been much earlier in the day and no one had looked in tosee if they needed to be cleaned. Read more
