Had to work half day on Thanksgiving. Only fast food place open was McDonald's. I ordered the double cheeseburger meal, around... $4.50. The lady in pay window was very nice and even though she had to work Thanksgiving, she was pleasant with a great smile.Picked my food up at the delivery window. Haven't had a McDonald's product in a while this good. Hot, with plenty of flavor,taking me back to my childhood in the early 60's. Fries were amazing and hot. Read more
The drive thru employees this morning at both windows never greeted me or even spoke to me. I am eating my frappe with a spoon... because of the chunks of ice making a straw not useful. Worse customer experience ever!! Read more
This place is very amazing! The drive-thru staff was also very good. At the first window, I think the name was Ganae (i asked... for it) she totally deserves to get a raise! She was so kind and quick with the payment and just to be sure, I counted the cashand it was all correct! I love the experienced with her! She even had a small conversation with me while both trying to get themoney and take orders! She?s really good at what she does! That young lady is very kind and sweet! Read more
Good customer service is hard to come by! Good customer service late at night is almost unheard of!! Most people go out their... way to leave bad reviews well I'm going out my way to leave a good one cause whoever the young lady was running the drivethrough and 1st window tonight 9/28 around 10:40 deserves a raise !!!! staff are very unprofessional ! Mostly grumpy ! Horrible attitudes because I took a minute or two to order my food! Today is 8/28/22 6:15 am- we just had the best customer service experience ever at a McDonald's! The cook made the food... delicious and fresh. But the best part of our experience was the sweet, professional and friendly woman at the window. She wasreally a one in a million! Read more
