I'll say it again, order is hardly ever correct. The drive through payment window tried to tell me my order was 17 dollars for... two large fries. Saying a large fry is 7 dollars now. I'm not sure she knew what she was talking about. They did not give me areceipt after I paid or with my food. Order is hardly ever correct. And I just about always have to walk inside to get mychild's drink or to correct the meal. Least favorite location in Columbus. I will say, I've never met anyone with a badattitude. They are in good spirit but they often mess up orders. They do not answer the phones. Read more

So normally this store is good on food. The service has always been abysmal at best, but my visit Saturday was horrible. The... burgers were raw. When I went back with said burgers and spoke to the manager she said so you want your money back. I meanthat's fine, but say something as to why or at least look shocked. My two burgers are very pink and a little cold. I hope I don?t get food poisoning?.. My apple pie is burnt ????????. I took the... food back and the girl just stared at me while I told her what was wrong. Then I overhear them in the back laughing because Isaid the burgers were raw. They give me 2 new burgers and a new apple pie. I cut the burgers in half and they?re good. Open thepie and I could?ve sworn they gave me the same apple pie - still burnt. I eat here all the time. It is close to my job. Service is quick and friendly. I always order thru the app. I love the cheap... deals you can create. My go to lunch is choosing the Free Large Fries with any purchase and add to it a large sweet tea and aMcChicken. You get a whole meal for $3.09 where I live. Great value! I?m a fan! Read more
Ordered a double quarter pounder meal got a single. The fries were soogy undercooked. When I called to complain. They expected... me to drive back with the food to be replaced. They mess up the order and want me to waste more time and gas just to swap food?FOH! Read more
While the playground is adequate, the restrooms are poorly maintained. The staff appears overwhelmed and your food may sit on... the counter forever before you realize it?s ready. At which point, you must leave the playground area and walk across therestaurant to pick up, so your kids are alone for a couple of minutes. Food orders are often cold and incorrect. Also, thekiosks may or may not be working, and the food numbers never match the numbers on the ticket.-update:since this review they haveupped their game a tad.
