Let me start by saying I?ve worked all night and got off and wanted a sausage egg and cheese biscuit!!!!!!!! The manager that... worked on 11-10-2022 show great customer service and was Very nice?. I love Krystal! It's a staple for me. But, today, at this location I didn't enjoy it at all. The food seemed like it was... yesterday's food, only warmed. It was just thrown together, cheese wasn't even melted. I couldn't eat it. It cost me 20$ for myson and I to eat. And, I'm not going to go in to any detail about what the bathroom smelled like. Hopefully, it was just one ofthose days that I'm sure every fast food place has. I will give it another chance in the future. Read more
Stopped by the drive thru on the way home to get some Krystal's for me and mama. Only 2 cars ahead of me. I was there about 15... minutes. The food was hot and fresh. Mama said there's a difference in the taste. But was worth the wait in line for food to befreshly cooked. Read more
Life long, 70 years, Krystal fan. Grew up on krystal, go to comfort food. Wow! $1.19 for a stale cold krystal! I bought a large... chili, 2 awful krystals, a sweet tea and that all came to over $9.00! I could have eat a a real restaurant for that! It'shorrible when prices double and quality sucks. Read more
Sign on door says closed lobby at 8:00, at 7:00 go in and they're screwing around in the kitchen, when they finally come out... they say they don't have anyone on the register so use drive thru or go somewhere else. I chose the latter. Never have had agood experience at this Krystal. Read more
I pick up from here occasionally and I work for a delivery food service. Every time, without fail, they are rude and it's a long... long wait. I understand employee shortages and other things do happen, which I can overlook one or two times. Without failthough, it is the same thing every time and that makes it hard to excuse. Read more
