I went here at 910pm this past Saturday and was told that it would be at least 20 minutes for food in the drive-through before I... could even place an order. There were zero people in the restaurant or drive-through. I was literally the only customer at thislocation and they chased me away. I did not bother to place an order and just took my money elsewhere. I used to go here weeklyand this is the 2nd time this has happened in 3 weeks. Why can't they hire people that want to work? After waiting behind car for 15 minutes making his order. I pulled up to order just to be told there is a 20min wait. After... making my order. I was told to hold there and not move up to the windows until I was told to?. Once I came around to the frontwindow. The car before me was still at the window. I recommend any Krystal?s but this one. Krystal in Columbus has gone so far down hill. I always see 3 people working even at lunch, and the restaurant is filthy. The... overall atmosphere is not a pleasant one, and your lucky if there's someone at the register to take your order. Then, it takesforever to get your order. The Employees are rude and don't seem to care and judging by the condition of the restaurant, and thehealth rating, neither does Corporate. Stop feeding people out of moldy nasty restaurants, Krystal! And what kind of trash isthat to put on a billboard? Read more

8/17/22 @10:07 pm To Krystal's Corporate Offices/Executives and CEO... I was disappointed to learn that I can no longer get... chili or pups. Why did y'all think that was a good idea? Whomever came up with that needs to be schooled on doing communityopinion polls in the local markets ... In person before making any "big corporate decisions". That being said, I want to saythat Mrs. Cathy was an absolute pleasure to speak with and the food was so good. My son ordered the number 5 for $ 7.79 Which the picture shows 3 Krystal chics and he upgraded to chilli cheese fries But... we got two Krystal chics for $ 7.79. So we asked for them to honor it. The elderly lady was nice about honoring it but theyounger girl was rude and told me that we had to pay for it But I believe that y?all should honor the menu that is listed. Read more
I was robbed by a guy named willie. He over charged me and said he put the money back on my card but instead he took more money ... off my card. I ended up paying triple for my order and he got away with it. I was told to meet a manager at 2:30 today.
