I went here at 910pm this past Saturday and was told that it would be at least 20 minutes for food in the drive-through before I... could even place an order. There were zero people in the restaurant or drive-through. I was literally the only customer at thislocation and they chased me away. I did not bother to place an order and just took my money elsewhere. I used to go here weeklyand this is the 2nd time this has happened in 3 weeks. Why can't they hire people that want to work? After waiting behind car for 15 minutes making his order. I pulled up to order just to be told there is a 20min wait. After... making my order. I was told to hold there and not move up to the windows until I was told to?. Once I came around to the frontwindow. The car before me was still at the window. I recommend any Krystal?s but this one. Krystal in Columbus has gone so far down hill. I always see 3 people working even at lunch, and the restaurant is filthy. The... overall atmosphere is not a pleasant one, and your lucky if there's someone at the register to take your order. Then, it takesforever to get your order. The Employees are rude and don't seem to care and judging by the condition of the restaurant, and thehealth rating, neither does Corporate.
