Visited the Columbus location today for the 1st time and it was yummy. I ordered take out and the 2 young ladies at the take out... counter were very patient and helpful with my questions. I chose to make my own combo. 2 lobster tails, one lb crab legs, .5lbs headless shrimp, .5 lbs green mussels, .5 lbs sausage, and 3 eggs with the medium KC seasoning. I'm not sure but I thoughtit was suppose to come with corn and potatoes but I didn't receive any if that's the case. My seafood was cooked so well Ididn't mind the missing items. Read more

I went to King Claw for the first time ever on a Tuesday evening, just as the dimmer service should have started. The... atmosphere was very good, and the cleanliness was up to par, but the service was another story entirely There were no othercustomers in the restaurant, and none arrived, even well after 5:00 PM. It didn't take too long to learn why I literally sat atmy table for a half an hour, and not one person came to my table to even take a drink.order. When I got up to leave withoutordering, not one person noticed, let alone cared. As I left, I save a table full of staff members sitting close to the kitchendoor having a grand old time. My question is where was the manager, and judging by many of the other reviews here, I'm not theonly one who wants to know. My strong suggestion to the owners of this establishment is to read these reviews, and hire astronger manager who can deal more easily with professional paycheck collectors. If you don't, you may well end up going bellyup, no matter how good your food is, or how great your atmosphere is. Read more

From the atmosphere alone it gets a 5 ???? the drinks were awesome and strong! Calamari was great but I ordered lemon pepper... chicken wings, yea I won't order those again from there. My Mai Tai was amazing and our server was great 10 out of 10! Read more

Disappointed in this newly renovated restaurant. For the cost of the seafood and bar drinks, you would think service and... restaurant cleanliness would be up to par. On a weekday, the restaurant was slow and it took the missing hostess 10 minutes togreet and seat us, the server came to our table 14 minutes after we sat down, took another 18 minutes for our drinks and another25 minutes for our food to be served. The appetizers arrived 12 minutes AFTER our food came out. The restrooms where not cleanand tables where not bussed all around the restaurant. Perhaps new management is needed. Read more

Great place. Wasted money at Chef Lees down the street and left everything on the table. Came to King Claw to redeem lunch. This... place can really compete with the places in ATL. Would definitely come back. The only thing I didn't like is sitting so close toother ppl. Other than that, A+. Read more
