Not sure what was going on Saturday night but ordered a 2 piece chicken dinner in the drive thru. They only had Crispy chicken... but Oma wanted Original chicken so was told it was a 10 minute wait. They took my name and told me to park. Almost 25 minuteslater two employees with like 18 bags on their arms came out and delivered food to the whole parking lot. Once they deliveredthe food the parking lot cleared out. Employees were very friendly but was confused by why they were out of chicken. Read more
Having 25yrs experience in the food industry the main goal is customer service & great food this does not happen at this... location I asked for extra gravy on the famous bowl and the response was " 3 scoops isn't enough" no it's not when it all goeson top & by the time you get to the middle of the bowl gravy is gone????
