I love KFC, just some workers at some places are rude. Not these workers.
We had to repeat our order at the pay window - asked for extra pickles and got zero - asked for ranch and was told I would be... charged (most places give 1-2 sauces for free before charging) and when I got home my chicken was dry. My fiancé asked forspicy sandwich and got the regular. The mac and cheese was the only good thing out of our meals! My tea even tasted more likewater than anything. I really love kfc and usually have a good experience but this trip was not good. Read more

Ordered through the drive thru. Was told that biscuits were not ready and to pull to the front of the building and wait. Watched... other cars go through the drive thru and get food. Waited for about 10 min for our food. Out of all sodas except for 2 flavorsof Mt. Dew and Sweet tea. You should not tell customers that there is a wait for food after they have paid!! I ordered through Uber eats 2 mashed potato and gravy and some other food. When I got the food my entire bag was full of brown... gravy from where they placed the gravy in the bag without properly securing the top and the entire thing poured out. I thenproceed to take my other food that was in paper bags out and they were so soaked it was stuck to my other food. There was Gravyeverywhere when I tried to take all of the food out and I was very upset because I now had a large mashed potato with NO gravy. Read more
Went here for chicken and was given old, hard, salty, dried out pieces of supposed to be chicken. It wasn't near closing time so... no excuse for serving old chicken from 2 days ago. It was 6 pm. SMH.. The biscuit was also hard. The chicken was so old thecrust was falling off if it. I had to pick around it to find anything edible.
