9:30 a.m. Saturday and they are closed while Google Maps had said they would be open.
The cashier forgot to put my order in, and I waited 25 minutes for a bagel. That?s not the complaint. The shop itself was so... hot due to the frequent traffic. By the time I left, I was ready to throw up. I apologize to the girl behind the counterbecause I snatched my bagel and left. I do not know how the employees aren?t dropping like flies without a fan in that tightspace. Read more
Love having the only Einstein Bagels in Columbus right on campus! The staff is so polite and nice and eager to please. However,... a campus-based gig means lots of train of new folks, and because of breaks and other closings, not everything is in stock whenyou ask for it. Just sayin... best visited at the busiest time of the semester. Read more
It was amazing! It's been years since I've had Einsteins and I tried something new! Bacon, egg, and cheese with honey butter on... a French toast bagel! It was sooooo delicious! So hot and fresh and just the right amount of crisp! Read more
I enjoy their bagels, but usually in my experience the lines are long and every once in a while a staff member is either being... trained (they have quite a lot of trainees) or simply not taking care and my food is either quite slow or messed up, enough thatI pay attention to who's working when I get bagels and coffee. I've also had times when the line is empty and I've walked up tothe register and waited 2-3 minutes to be served. Overall, usually good food, but it can be hit or miss. Read more
Ordered a Bagel, One drip coffee and one mixed coffee, took them 10-15 min to even realize there were drinks waiting to be made.... Not enough people working for a morning shift only 2 and one was only running the register and not helping the other at all. Hadgreat experience at other Einstein Bros. this one needs to step it up. Einstein's is normally decent in other parts of the U.S. but not this one. Who ever heard of a chocolate chip bagel? A bagel... should not be a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Einstein's should visit Noah's bagels, it's a zillion times better. Read more
I ordered an Albuquerque turkey from the menu. It did not come with a bagel like the ingredients on the menu. They put it on... just a regular white bread bun instead. I don't know what it is about the food places on campus, but expect whatever you orderto come with the wrong ingredients. Whehter it is an added ingredient that is not listed in the ingredients list (people withfood allergies beware) or just ingredients swapped with the wrong ones. This is not only a danger to people's health, it isselling a product that is not what the consumer has paid for. This is liable to be a problem in the future due to qualitycontrol concerns and may end up resulting in legal action or death in the worst case scenario. I hope you take this reviewconstructively and fix these problems, or I fear for the future of your company at this location. Read more
