Order ahead of time on the app for a walk in. When I got there the door was locked had to go to the drive-through. When I got to... the drive-through they handed me one of the three things I ordered and said thank you have a nice day. Then I basically had tocompletely re-order again verbally. Then they hand me one more thing and say thank you have a nice day. Then I had to re-ordermy last item again verbally. The last item I ordered was three shots of espresso which they told me to drive around and wait inthe parking lot to get. When I receive my three shots of espresso it came in a clear plastic non-coffee cup with hot espresso init. I ordered a cold coffee with 2 sugar free vanilla ,stevia. And coconut milk. I was given a hot coffee with absolutely no stevia... or any other flavor. When I told the lady I had ordered cold coffee. This is the second (and last) time the location on Manchester Expressway has not had an order ready. On Thursday afternoon, I... ordered - and paid for - 50 donut holes that I would pick up on Friday morning at 6:30. Half were to be pumpkin and the otherhalf frosted blueberry. When I arrived at 6:30, not only was the order not ready, they didn't have pumpkin! At that point, Ijust needed 50 donut holes and to head out to work. The staff didn't seem too concerned and not in a big hurry to get my ordertogether. The girl who finally filled my order was dropping donut holes all over the place. Ridiculous. Stopped at the Donuts of Dunkin, cause my sister wanted to Coffee. Shoe ordered no issue, and told them, she'd prefer hot coffee... over iced Coffee. She got it, and wanted to taste before I pulled off and low and behold the coffee was cold, not even warm. Soshe asked if the could remake it and they did with no issue. These girls know how to make a freaking iced coffee. Absolutely amazing and delicious every time. I always tip and y?all should... too bc they deserve it. One morning I cried it was so good.
