The lady with QUEEN tatted on her arm obviously does not like her job. Beyond rude. If you don't like your job find one that is... not dealing with the public. Never in my life have I had a widow slammed in my face mid talking. I will spend the extra moneyand go to Starbucks. This was my last straw with dunkin here. Most the staff seems rude. Read more

This location is the best in our surrounding area when it comes to consistency on product and the service of staff. This... morning we decided to visit inside. It was disturbing to encounter a disgruntled customer who was extreme with his reaction tomissing a beverage on his window mobile order. He obviously did not check or verify his order at the window before pulling off.But to come inside and belittle the staff loudly while as busy as they were.on a Sunday morning was a very belligerent approach. I felt very bad for the team but they handled him with courtesy and did not engage his aggressiveness. Dunkin donuts has the best donuts hands down. I stopped into this location to just get 2 donuts and the worker went on and on... about how he is new to the area and trying to help people out. I just wanted my donuts. He said he has a bucket that he iscollecting money to help people. He went to the back and got a bucket and held it out to me. I just wanted some donuts. I like the location but always feel upset after receiving my items. I ask for a coffee light and sweet along with a donut. When... I get to work I always have to add more to my coffee and my donut is missing the icing. I called after the 2nd time of seeing mydonut face down in the bag with no sheet in between the bag and donut to explain the continued dilemma. The icing falls offcompletely. Don't ask for 2 frosted donuts because again nothing separates the 2 and 1 donut will inevitably be withoutfrosting. Update: It is still bad. They never have baked goods on deck. I waited in line for 25 on national free coffee day forthem to tell me they had no donuts and no muffins...on national free coffee day? I paid for my coffee only for the cashier toask if I wanted to add food to my order to make the coffee free...YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY BAKED GOODS. The person taking my order, well I had to repeat it three times. I then got to the window and he had a little bit of an... attitude, don't know if he was or is having a bad day. That just shouldn't come across to the customers. He handed me my donutwithout any napkins, so I guess that I am supposed to lick my fingers like a child when I am done.
