Placed an order about 15 minutes before closing for delivery to the hospital I am working at for my lunch only to receive a... notification that my order was canceled. There was no communication or anything so I missed out on other options due to this. Ifdelivery is not available until closing time then the hours should be adjusted or posted that you do not receive orders past acertain time because it's very misleading. Normally I don't place orders last minute before closing but I had a really badpregnancy craving come out of nowhere for some pizza and dessert which unfortunately will have to wait but if you could pleasepost the cutoff hours for delivery I would appreciate it so hopefully next time my order won't be canceled and I won't have towait for days for a refund. I always order online for pickup only so this review isn't rating their delivery. I really like this domino's store on wynnton... road. 9 out of 10 pizzas I order are on point and hot when I pick them up. $7.99 for a 3 topping carryout that's actually tastymakes dominos the best bang for the buck and I usually place two orders a week at this location. The food got here promptly enough but was missing the Marinara for the cheesy bread and ranch for the chicken as well as a 2L... bottle of CokeWhen I called the store, I was hung up after being on hold for 30 minutes. Called back and waited on hold again.Then was told a driver would be bringing those items to us. An hour later, still no delivery. Called again and was hung up on.Finally spoke with a manager, who could only offer me a refund as he said they had no drivers. Ordered a pizza at 7:20 for the same reason that anyone else would. I was hungry. Got my order and immediately called because... the wrong pizza was sent out. Called the store to inform them and was advised they would re-deliver but I could not eat ONEslice of it due to having to send pics to corporate. So I wait and have a couple of wings. Almost two hours from the originalorder, I called because I wasn?t even hungry anymore. Other than having a regular customer just wait hungry what irritated mewas the fact that the manager actually said ?Well what do you want me to do??. Maybe act like a professional business and notmake customers pay for YOUR mistakes? Let?s start there.. Would it have been less of a cheese pizza with a slice missing. Noapologies just excuses. I am assuming that they don?t want my business as the economy is hitting us all equally. I will gladlytake my business elsewhere. Read more

Yeah that?s a hair on my wings, it?s easy to see since there no sauce really to cover it. It stated 39-49 minutes for delivery.... An hour and 40 minutes later it showed up cold. I called the store because this is kinda ridiculous after spending $40. Whoeveranswered was rude out the gate, told me they only have two drivers, okay well accurately notate that on the app so we know ourfood will take almost two hours. I wouldn?t have even ordered if I had known ahead of time. Then said ?you got the wings?? Allaggressive like I?m trying to swindle them out of more wings. His resolution was he would remake the wings if I brought back theones from my order and picked up the new ones myself and I quote ?we ain?t refunding the whole order so do what you gotta do?after I said I?m not driving to the store. The lack of drivers isn?t the problem entirely, I ordered at 7pm, my order wasprepared at 7:09 and wasn?t even put in the oven to bake until nearly 8pm. And then I don?t get it until 8:40. This location is the worst!! Just close down already. They're always canceling my order, I suppose because their drivers are... too afraid to deliver. I live in the Midtown area where the restaurant is located and always use a debit/credit card to pay formy orders. No cash is being exchanged so I'm not sure what's the issue. I'll just stick with Pizza Hut, Little Ceasar's orMarco's. Read more

Best reward for 2nd dose shot lunch... We chose to come close by our neighborhood after my hubby and I got our 2nd vaccine... shot. We wanted Domino's good hot award winning pizza , I just wanted a slice ???? to go with the Penne Chicken Alfredo. And aGarden Salad. $25.00 lunch without drinks. The pizza was good crust and all. The Alfredo was loaded with grilled chicken butthe noodles was barely covered with Alfredo sauce. So what did I do ??? I added Alfredo sauce and stir fry veggies to completemy meal. Voila it was delicious. *Food For Thought: Make sure you all add enough sauce on the "Penne Alfredo ". It is soappealing on your commercial is why i tried the Alfredo. Sadly mine was a hit and miss.
