One of the worst fast-food burgers I've ever gotten. More onions than meat, don't know where the cheese is, I asked them to add... ketchup and there was none. Bacon was in hard little knots like it had been cooked in a deep fryer full of old grease. I had toask for napkins because they didn't give me any. This is the third time I've tried this place and I will not be back each timegets worse. No one would answer the phone when I called so I complained here. Now they respond after 3 months. We used to LOVE Cookout. Our family would eat here more than any other restaurant. Not anymore! Their service has gone down hill... the past 6 months, the portion sizes for their sides is soooo inconsistent and the wait for a milkshake alone is ridiculous. Thelast straw was this Styrofoam filled shake! I am so upset. The employee making this milkshake broke the cup and instead ofmaking a new shake transfered it to a new cup. How disgusting is it to be eating a yummy thick shake with a spoon only to get aCHUNCK of Styrofoam in your mouth! Absolutely will not be visiting again. Read more
Food was done well, and the service was relatively quick. The quality of the speaker in the drive-thru needs some improvement.... Portion sizes are appropriate for the price range, nothing to be impressed with but good for the value. Staff is very polite andfriendly. Read more
I didn?t mind the prices going up because I love the food but when the prices go up and the quality goes down what?s really... going on? I sat in line for 45 min. When I got to the speaker I sat there and no one said anything until I asked if they wasready for me to order. After paying then sitting at the window and finally getting my food and drinks I had to wait longerbecause I was missing a drink then finally asked if I was missing something. I was there for a little over an hour. I wish Iwould?ve taken a picture of my dads tray with 4 little cheese bites in it when he used to always brag about how many he alwaysgot. My burger had a smaller piece of lettuce that?s in this wrap. The fries were fine but the wrap???? What is going on? Wow, Cook Out is marvelous. Everything tasted like it was fresh off the charcoal grill at a backyard BBQ. Service was fast and... friendly. Food portions were big. Interior was clean. A lot of bang for your buck! Far superior to the average fast food burgerjoint. Satisfied and will return. Read more

Awesome Burger! Visited multiple establishments looking for fresh lettuce, tomatoes, tasty pickles and meat that doesn?t taste... like sawdust. Lawd, to bite into your burger and can hear the lettuce crunch, taste fresh good portion piece of tomato, a wholepiece of onion and sandwich not saturated with condiments was a glorious experience.
