I went to visit Cinnabon in Peachtree mall today (I've been here multiple times before), but today 2 of young ladies that were... working were super sweet and very helpful and I just wanted to let management know! I believe ones name is Niyah and I couldn'tremember the other ones name but she wore a blue shirt today. No surprises here?it?s hard to walk into Peachtree Mall and not get a cinnamon roll. You?ll smell them as soon as you walk in.... There was no wait time and tasted like Heaven. Read more
Got there at 11:00 when they were supposed to be open. No one showed up to work the till until 11:20. The lady making cinnamon... rolls said the cashier was always late. Someone needs to actually manage this place if they want to stay in business. Read more
I went to pay and wanted to run my card as credit instead of debit. Well the machine would not let me bypass the pin screen ... even after swipping and tapping my card and everytime I would try the girl just stood there staring at the machine like she didnot have anything to say. I asked can you bypass the pin method and she never responded she just kept mashing random buttonsover and over after I had already tried them all. I said does it let you bypass the pin? Again she said nothing in response.Finally I had to look on my app for my new cards pin number and I was able to punch it in so I could get out of there. I saidyou might want to figure out if you can do what I was trying to do in the future and she just stared into my eyes like a deer inheadlights and never responded to me as I walked off.
