I got food poisoning from here 10/24/22 and I just wanted a refund. I tried calling multiple times and no one picks up. I?ve... tried calling and texting corporate, but I have to wait for an email ???????????? I?ll just never do business with them again,and I advise everyone else do the same since they have terrible communication skills especially when it involves their customersgetting an illness from their food. This location often closes the restaurant to in-person orders so we started ordering online. Our online orders have been wrong... the last 3/4 times. Frustratingly, there's no way to speak or write to a person who works at Chipotle (unless you go in person).Their website only offers a bot with predetermined selections, so there's no way to provide helpful or constructive feedback toimprove service. I have visited several times during the lunch rush. Occasionally they are short staffed but I am always given excellent service... and the food is always prepped well and fresh. Just like anywhere else they might be out of an ingredient occasionally. If youare not prepared for that at any restaurant you need to cook at home. Read more
This is the consistently the WORST chipotle location I have ever been to. On multiple occasions in the middle of the day during... business hours I have arrived here just to find that their doors are locked with a note on the door saying ?Sorry. Closed.-MNG?. They are always OUT of ingredients. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I would starve before I ate here again. 0/10recommend. Read more
