I hate leaving bad reviews on any place. I have to give a place MANY chances before it gets to this point. We live about 2 miles... from this Chick-fil-A so it?s the most convenient. Most of the employees are incredibly nice. BUT they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS messup our order. Either by leaving something out of order, not giving us the correct order entirely, or just substituting somethingin our order without asking. Like chicken noodle soup with chicken tortilla. We stopped by for breakfast today, the hash browns looked like someone just smashed them. I asked for a chicken patty and got... this tiny chicken breast that was 1 bit. I have never been so disappointed with the franchise as this. Missed the picture ofthe patty because the baby ate. Read more
I was just here for the first time to pickup a couple sweet teas. My experience was EXCELLENT!! Jeffrey promptly took my order... and as I pulled ahead? he even brought it out to me! Not the fastest and they messed up my order, but I?ll still go to Chic Fil-A over other establishments.
They have work to do to get to Chick-fil-A standard of service. This particular location is consistent in disappointing me. They... consistently don't give any sauce and consistently take too long. Today, my fries must have come from the scraps that wereleftover; it consisted of mostly small little really brown pieces, with extra salt. My wife's was the same. I have pictures, butI don't see how to upload them yet. The lettuce was old as well. We were both disappointed again with this location,again.???? Update...25 August my colleagues suggested a Chick-fil-A run for lunch and I joined in and boy was Idisappointed...again! This is far below Chick-fil-A standard, folks! I was in drive thru and it was going well. However I think the orders got out of order. I has 7 cars behind me received their... food orders. I was in the left lane and with 3 cars ahead of me. I only ordered 3 chicken biscuits and Orange Juice. The waittime was longer than expected. Read more
