Chick filet has always been known for their excellent customer service, however Bradley Park Drives newest set of employees has... negatively impacted that experience for me today. Since when did the cashiers start asking the customers if they wanted theirchange back? Umm yes I do! What was she going to do, pocket it if I didn?t? Why was I made to feel like a cheapskate for sayingyes to wanting my change back? It?s not like they gave me the option to donate it to charity and they don?t take tips so why didthe girl say ?love are you going to want your change back today?? Then to make matters worse. I?m sitting in the never endingline waiting on my food with my windows down already irritated, when I witness the two female food runners trash talking androlling their eyes about the customers who have the windows of their vehicles up. Word of advice Chick Filet, you should reallyreconsider the caliber of people you decide to hire, some belong behind the scenes maybe in the kitchen because they don?t havethe personality or temperament to be outside among the customers. It makes for a very unpleasant experience for us. Things areexpensive enough as is in this economy and to feel like Im being greedy for wanting my own change back is insane! I won?t begoing back. All my food was served accurately and was hot and fresh the only problem I had was that my French fries were covered in salt I... couldn't barely eat them because there was so much salt. I called the manager he apologized and promptly replaced them. Thesecond order was perfect. Read more
It has been a long time since I've been to Chick-Fil-A (I never want it unless it's Sunday & they're closed, lol). We went at... noon on a Saturday, and it was PACKED! However, the food was phenomenal, and the staff was awesome. Always a pleasure! Read more
