Food was fantastic and give it to me in a timely manner. SERVICE!!!!!! you don't put the food in the to go bag, than walk away... and the customer as to ask is it all here and you tell the customer for the most part, " really". than I ask can I check it,they say sure and walk away. When your paying 51 dollars for a meal, nobody should be treated like that, 51 dollars or 2dollars. Food still good, and still came out in timely manner. This location is the best. It's the only location I go to. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly.
After ordering my food and driving home. Only 1 order out of the 3 were correct. I tried to call back to the store to complain... and the phone rang but they hung up before I could say anything and left the phone off the hook the remainder of the night. On Tuesday May 31 at about 11:30 am My daughter and i stopped to get lunch and took it home at that time the lunchroom was... closed because of employee shortage . After about 3 hours , both my daughter and i felt nauseated and had diarrhea. Mine lasteduntil about 11:00 pm at night. I believe the slaw which tasted somewhat funny was the culprit it tasted old like from daybefore. On wednesday i called 2x and nobody answered. on thursday june 2 i called twice so far no returned call. I am verydisappointed because we are steady customers at this particular store. Read more
Awful. Don?t go for dinner they forgot to put my green beans in my bag. My fish looked like someone had eaten it an baked potato... was extremely hard and over cooked. This doesn?t happen with the day shift but closer to closing your better of not going. Read more
I couldn't tell how long it has been since eating Captain Ds but it's the first time I ever dined in. I must say I was impressed... with the amount of food I got for $8.99. It was hot, fresh, and delicious! The atmosphere was comfortable and real clean. Theservice was good. I do wish they served Coke instead of Pepsi. I will definitely be coming back for more. Read more
Captain D's on Airport Thruway has to be my favorite one in Columbus. Out of the last 17 years I've lived in the area, I've only... gotten bad customer service maybe once or twice. The food is prepared nicely and always hot. For this to be like a fast foodseafood restaurant, the food is delicious. Initially, I thought I did not like crab cakes, but I tried these and fell in livewith the wholesome taste. All their sides are good; however, I am not a fan of their corn on the cob. It tastes bland to me. Well most places corn on the cob taste bland to me. I have to put lots of butter and salt on it. The staff is veryaccommodating and friendly. Read more
I picked up dinner in the drive through. They moved that long line very quickly and they were very friendly too. I appreciate... that they always double check each order to make sure they send you on your way with everything you need. Their prices are veryaffordable as well. Read more
